An environmentally committed marina
Eco marina
A sea we protect, not merely use. Caring for the environment is our greatest value — proven over decades, not in words.

A tradition of cleaning the seabed
Every year, together with members of local diving clubs, we hold what has become a “traditional” clean-up of the seabed across various parts of the marina's waters. The amount of waste is noticeably smaller year after year — proof that small steps matter.
We are proud holders of the Blue Flag since 1999 and the Green Flag since 2019, as well as holders of the ConsemelessMed label.

Electric service vehicles
Our attendant team gets around on electric bicycles and mopeds, while the other services use electric vehicles to move cargo and passengers.
Separated waste collection
For years we have separated and recycled municipal waste. The marina has 6 Eco islands for the disposal of hazardous waste, oil, batteries and oily rags.

The story of our olives
Our maintenance team tends the olive trees planted around the marina — mowing the grove, pruning and harvesting the fruit. The oil from the Nonno Bruno mill is a gift to loyal guests and partners.
Bee project
Api Raponja — “Become a hero of nature”
At Marina Veruda and Tehnomont we believe that it is the small things that make the difference. That is why we are proud to have joined the Api Raponja project, through which we have “adopted” our own hives and made our contribution to protecting bees and nature.
Our bees live and work in the heart of Istria, in unspoilt nature, making honey that we share with our guests as a token of gratitude and of our bond with the local community. By buying and caring for the hives, we support local beekeepers and help build a more sustainable world.
Let's protect Posidonia
Posidonia habitats are in grave danger — threatened by coastal development, waste water, invasive species, climate change and, above all, anchoring. As part of the BIOPRESSADRIA project, we have produced a dedicated leaflet on protecting Posidonia, with practical guidance on where to anchor and 10 tips on how to become a guardian of Posidonia.
